β˜€οΈ Summer Ready & Some R NoT Workshop!

Here are some of my favorite LOW CARB SNACK RECIPES!

Keto Yogurt: 1/2 cup mixed strawberries & blueberry + Two Good yogurt (Strawberry or blueberry) + keto chocolate trail mix (Great Value Brand)+ whipped cream - layer in a bowl

Plain Pork Rinds + Taco Seasoning + Shredded Cheese + Taco Bell Hot Sauce + Sour Cream + Microwave for 30 seconds

Bacon & Guac: 4 cooked Bacon slices + 1 Guac Single

Pepperoni Chips: 2 oz Pepperoni + Add to paper towel + Place on microwavable plate + Microwave for 45-60 seconds + Pair with 2 oz cheese of choice

Quick Charcuterie: 1 String Cheese Stick + Wrap in 2 slices Prosciutto

Keto English Muffins: Mix 2 teaspoon Coconut Flour + Pinch of Baking Soda + Pinch of Salt + 1.5 tablespoon Almond Flour in coffee mug + Add 1 Egg + Β½ teaspoon Avocado Oil + Mix well + Microwave 1 minute

Cheese chips: Place 3 Cracker Cut Cheese slices between 2 pieces of parchment paper + Place on a microwavable plate + Microwave for 2 minutes until bubbling

Bagel-less & Lox: 2 oz Canned Smoked Salmon + 2 oz Cream Cheese + Top with Capers

Chocolate Mousse: Place Β½ cup Heavy Cream + Β½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract in a bowl + Beat using an electric mixer until light and fluffy + Add 2 Monk Fruit Packets + 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder + Mix until well incorporated

Easy Breakfast: 2 Fried Eggs + 2 slices of crispy Bacon + Top with Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

Keto Wrap: 1 3g net carbs Tortilla + 2 large Romaine Lettuce leaves + 2 oz Pepperoni slices + 2 Ham slices + 2 Cheese slices + 1 tablespoon Italian Dressing + Roll up + Cut in half [2 servings]

Keto Trail Mix: 1 oz Moon Cheese + 2 oz Cello Whisps + 1 oz Macadamia Nuts

Snicker PROTEIN Shake (pictured): 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk + ice + Keto//OS PROtein packet (chocolate swirl) + tablespoon of PB2 + 2 oz of peanuts + 1 oz Lilly’s chocolate chips + whipped cream + drizzle zero sugar chocolate syrup - mix in blended top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup

Five and a half years ago, I was at a point in my life where everything felt too much. I was overwhelmed, tired, and anxious like never before. Even the simplest choices, like deciding what to make for dinner, felt like mountains to climb.

In the photo on the left, I remember standing at a friends wedding. Feeling trapped in that black dress that was far from my first choice and, feeling incredibly self-conscious. The shifts in my body due to menopause had upended my reality, leaving me feeling like a shadow of myself, unfamiliar with the reflection in the mirror.

Today, I'm opening up about my journey from a place of feeling overweight, utterly worn out, and internally shattered, to a place where I've let go of 40 pounds and embraced a sense of joy and self-assurance I hadn't known in years.

You won't believe what happened when I did this one thing!

Ever felt like exercise was just not your thing? I've been there, stuck in a rut, unable to even think about getting moving. Sounds familiar, right?

Then, everything changed. A friend of mine took up the challenge to run a mile every single day for a year. Watching her, something clicked inside me. I thought, "If she can do it, why can't I?" So, I set a simpler goal: to walk a mile every day. Fast forward to now, and I've hit the pavement for 432 consecutive days!

What really blew my mind was how quickly walking turned from a chore into a daily habitβ€”a habit that not only improved my health but also motivated others to start moving too.

Encouraged by this success, I'm now branching out, setting daily goals in all areas of my life: my business, my marriage, my family ties, my finances, and even my spiritual journey.

I've realized it's all about small steps and daily commitment. So, I’m curiousβ€”what's one area of your life you'd love to change or improve over the next 30 days?

Are you the boss of your time?

For years, I felt trapped working long hours and missing many family events including my kids activities.
I often wondered if there was a better way to provide an income for my family while not missing out on so many moments.

Then, I found a way to work from anywhere and I finally had the opportunity to schedule my family & life first while working in pockets of time to create my income.

Today, I treasure my Wednesday afternoons, a standing lunch date with my mom, daughter, and grandson.

With this beautiful balance of time in my day, I now have the time to enjoy making all the memories with the people I love!!
