Serra Catholic High School announces the retirement of Jose Regus as Head Football Coach. Mr. Regus was an assistant coach under Tony St. Angelo before ascending to head coach in 2017.

During Jose's eight years at the helm, the Eagles were 53-35 and made the playoffs seven times. They were co-section champions in 2020.

In 2021, the Eagles secured their first WPIAL title since 2007 and made it to the PIAA championship.

Most importantly, the impact Coach Regus made on his players’ character, work ethic, attitude, and development as young men will continue forever. The Serra Catholic community will always be grateful for the service he provided the school.
