Tha Authentic Hippy Podcast Hosts & are in Union NJ trying out !
we both had the KV Burger which was made with sietan (Yay no soy!) & their house made cheese sauce.
had their strawberry shake and had their Peechy Keen smoothie.
The meal left us full but not heavy. Would definitely recommend!

Let us know what is the best vegan food in your city! we would love to come check it out and maybe share a meal together.

Only you are responsible for you and your cultural group. You have a divine GIFT and RESPONSIBILITY to create the life that you feel needs to exist. Any change you feel is necessary, create it.
Be the change you wish to see is not only a catchy phrase is a powerful mantra to describe a lifestyle of productivity and contribution
Lastly, STOP PUTTING BLACK WOMEN ON THE FRONTLINES !!!! She is the most sacred entity on this planet. Her eggs are going to populate the planet. Without her , we have nothing. Putting her in harm's way is out of order and foolish
If she is to be there she needs to be armed and protected by 5 or more armed black men. Stop being passive and wake up to the reality what is happening.
Lives are being lost and you're still making decisions like you arent totally convinced it's time to be serious.
Wake up ! Protect your energy. Preserve your DNA.

The most revolutionary thing I have done for myself was choose peace and happiness.
These fundamental experiences have been denied to Black folks (& largely all of humanity) for a very long time.
No offense to those that choose other ways of "demanding" respect. . . However I see a lot of trolling happening by political officials, celebrities, and others who arent truly DOING anything but posting about what they are going to do to help prove Black Lives Matter.
At Authentic Hippy we are about what's real.
Connecting with the people.
Making them smile.
Sharing seeds.
Sharing knowledge.
Providing peace and happiness.
We deserve to experience that, regardless if others decide.

1. Know who you are. Your beliefs. Personal code of conduct. Moral standings. Habits. Routines. Rituals. Things that deplete you and lift you up. You should know who you are for yourself, not who someone told you to be.
2. Define your passions. What would you do everyday if no one paid you.
3. How can those passions be shaped to be a service for your people? Can your passions generate you income?
4. Know that EVERYONE is not your responsibility. Align with those who match the first 3. And go from there.
5. Choose happiness, love and peace over and over and over again.

the current wave of resistence is beautiful. I have been thinking about the long term. how will we harness this energy to create something that protects our young people from racists white teachers who truly dont believe in them. Or how will we create grocery stores so there is food supplied to our elderly. .
do not waste this energy. create something that serves the needs of you're people . . . I dont know if non black people will recognize how value our life is this lifetime. . so until then , let's put in work to really build something sustainable. .
