Could you use a pep talk? I’ve got one for you! IG, has taken a new direction as far as how content gets pushed and Reels is their prized pony at the moment. As much as I love posting non-video content (trust me, I’ll never do away with posting stills), I also need to stay in the game and sprinkle in the Reels to add a variety of value to my audience. Had a fantastic time filming a promotional video for Khorsandian Eventing. Here's a brief scoop on the Pony Club organization: Pony Club is the largest equestrian educational organization in the world. This is where it all begins! The cornerstones of their foundation are education, safety, sportsmanship, stewardship and FUN. Members learn riding and the care of horses through mounted sports. The skills, habits and values instilled through horsemanship will apply to every part of a member’s life. Parrish Oaks Farm one of the only two Certified Pony Club Riding Centers in the state of Florida! How cool is that?! They welcome kids to any of the Pony Club activities at their center so that you can see firsthand if Pony Club is right for you. Beware, you will probably make new horse crazy friends while there!

While recently hacking my horse, on a beautiful cool and sunny morning, I bowed my head and quietly thanked God for my amazing horse. Like many of you, I also consider my horse to be a member of our loving family. He is kind, gentle, and has helped mend my heart when I needed it the most. He was there during countless deployments. The peace and calm I experienced during our barn visits and rides, healed my soul and helped bring serenity to the days when I was overwhelmed with fear and anxiety about foreign wars and the safety of my husband. He was there for the arrival of our girls and the transition into motherhood. Those solo moments with my horse were just what I needed between feedings, diaper changes, and naps. Those moments helped me realize the importance of setting time aside for myself so that I in turn, can be a better mom, spouse, daughter, sister, and friend. Today, he continues to be the light in our lives and is the inspiration for my equestrian photo sessions. I am delighted that I have the opportunity to capture that same bond and love for many others so that they may have beautiful heirlooms of their beloved partners.
