One of the most difficult things about creating Figures Inaction photos is being able to purchase the figures required, and unfortunately the Patreon idea had no success in assisting with this need. As an alternative, there is now a donation area on the Figures Inaction website where you can give just one donation or become a monthly contributor! You can give as little as $1 or whatever you feel like in order to provide the resources needed for expanded content. Lately, I've been doing some searches on Bing in order to build up Microsoft Rewards points, and while doing a search for "Figures Inaction" I came across another Blogger blog with the URL using Figures In Action dot com. Evidently this site has been in operation since August of 2011 which predates my own Figures Inaction site by about four years. I don't recall coming across it when changing from Action Trektion to Figures Inaction in my Google searches back then although I probably didn't put the words together as one word in my search, so I tried it and lo and behold this other site comes up in the Google search. Being that the guy has a different picture format than me and is based in Italy where it's all non-English, I'm not too terribly concerned other than it would have been nice to grab that URL at some point but also that he's used the same font and colors for his logo as what I had! Coincidence? Hmmm... I wonder who was using the font format first. It's a little different since he used all caps and I had gone lower case, but the colors are almost identical. Still, being that his site came before mine, I felt I needed to make a change to the logo, then. I'm not sure if I'll keep it as it is, but at least it's different than Figures In Action's. I guess I'd better make some changes to the merchandise in the Flaming Death Stockroom as well, but we'll see what I decide as far as a permanent logo before making any changes in that area.
