Rapper, singer and actor Nelly, who is due to perform in Pikeville next month, has been arrested after being pulled over at a St. Louis-area casino. According to the police report, he was charged with possession of Ecstasy and an old charge of having no insurance. Nelly is currently scheduled to perform at the Appalachian Wireless Arena on Sept. 14.
