True strength lies not in winning, but in how we play the game. Just like these young impalas, life’s challenges are not about defeating others but growing together. When we play fair, we respect the beauty of the journey and uplift those around us. Let’s embrace every challenge with grace, knowing that playing fair today shapes a better tomorrow—for us, for our communities, and for our planet.

The other day, I had the opportunity to get out and enjoy the beautiful Arizona spring weather. I decided to spend some alone time watching the wild horses along the Salt River. Not only was I in awe of these majestic animals, but I was also very impressed with the level of involvement by the members of the Salt River Wild Horse Management Group.
As I meandered my way through the various recreation points along Bush Highway, wherever I spotted horses, I also spotted a caring member of this team looking out for their wellbeing. As spectators gathered around the horses to take their photos, they were gently reminded to stay back at least 50 feet to give them space. The love that each of these team members has for these animals was very apparent. They were eager to chat with visitors to tell them all about each horse including their name, age and family history. They are all very passionate and caring individuals.
Good job SRWHMG! You are an impressive bunch!
