Besides his more than 30 years of award-winning sports broadcasting and newspaper experience, Kemp was the National Sports Talk Show Host of the Decade (2000-09) by Sports Illustrated following his time at Sporting News Radio and AM 1060 in Phoenix. He is a member of the American Sportscasters Association (after being invited by Dick Enberg), and also part of the College Football Writers Association of America and College Basketball Writers Association of America. Kemp has worked at AM 1060 since July 2002 following 11 years as a national syndicated host for Sporting News Radio (previously One on One Sports and Sports Entertainment Network). His hard line approach, in addition to the Sports Illustrated recognition, has been praised by the Los Angeles Times, New York Newsday, the Boston Globe, the Arizona Republic and numerous other publications and web sites. Kemp made the switch to radio after nearly two decades working at newspapers, including positions as sports editor of The Courier in Prescott and sports writer for the Tucson Citizen. He was honored nationally by the Amateur Softball Association in 1988 for best coverage of a national tournament and was named Arizona Media Person of the Year in 1984 by the Arizona Interscholastic Association.

Extra Point sees Bob Kemp’s producer, Kayla Mortellaro, take the reigns on driving the conversation of a fun hour of sports talk that ranges from more details with the local sports team and a national conversation. Kayla’s background in professional golf is a fun off-set to Bob’s hard-line approach.
1PM to 3PM - The Rich Eisen Show
You know Rich Eisen from the NFL Network and he takes his show to a radio platform Monday through Friday. Rich delivers the best guests from around the country who are at the height of their profession and retired stars. The show focuses on current sports events but also brings that movie or tv show star on too.
3PM - 5 PM - No Bull with Crespin and Simone
Shawn Crespin began his career in 2002 and has vast experience producing and hosting multiple radio programs. Most recently as host of morning and afternoon drive on the CBS Sports Radio affiliate in Phoenix. Shawn spent 16 years as audio director for the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury and Arizona Rattlers. He’s currently the engineer, producer, and a pre & post game host of Arizona State’s Radio Network handling all broadcasts of Football, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, and Baseball. Jordan Simone was a walk on Defensive Back at Arizona State in 2013 before becoming a fan favorite and two-time All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention standout. After a short stint with the Seattle Seahawks, Jordan is quickly finding similar success in the broadcast world. Currently the host of the Sun Devil Tailgate show and Sideline Analyst on the Sun Devil Radio Network, Jordan is a frequent guest on the Pac-12 Network and Local Sports Television Broadcasts. Attacking this industry with the same passion that took him from walk on to team captain, Simone has an incredible broadcasting career ahead of him.
