GrindTime Studio was originally founded by Alex "Majesty" Estrada under the label of ThugStyle Records in Phoenix, AZ in 2013. In that time the lead engineers were Arizona pioneers, legends if you will; Zig Zag of the NB Ridaz and Jubal of the Survivalist. Later inherited by his younger cousin and label mate Johnny "Devastation" Franco in 2014. Devastation aka "Dev" for short is currently the head

engineer and has partnered with TBF "The Black Family" bringing more traffic to the lab than ever before. Recording mixing and mastering multiple projects including Trap House's Recent Album Mr.Perfect in which premiered on the independent billboard charts at #9. Grind Time Studio uses Pro Tools 9, the control/ mixing board is a digi design 002 and records on an AKG condenser MIC ran through a mic preamp. Get the
