A close friend reminded me he graduated college seventeen years ago today. He told me about how he had no idea what he wanted to study initially and thought it was a waste of time.

The friend's father was an educator and passed the month he entered college. The old man told the son no matter how long it takes, finish. Thirty years after the later my best friend graduated with a 3.72 GPA in Business Management. That friend was me.

In all modesty, this isn't meant to be a bragging story. The message is my wisdom to pass along. 1.Finish what you start, no matter how long it takes. 2. Make adjustments as needed on your roadmap through life. 3. If you don't know what major, you want to study, take business. You can use your learning skills in any work environment. 4. If not college, a trade school, military service, or become an entrepreneur. 5. Find the fun in life without self-destructing.

Well, every once in a while, I believe many of us Facebook users let go of people we friended or groups we signed up. It doesn't make you a terrible person. Sometimes we just have to let go and get more productive in our real life. Time is ticking away.

In the month of June, I transported (deleted or blocked) a few members (friends and acquaintances) for a number of reasons. They weren't bad people. Just in a different atmosphere as far as I am concerned. Some we no longer related to or didn't keep up with one another. And others, I won't give up on.

In closing, I wrote this to remind all of us, if we choose to delete a person or group, just do it. Save the extra drama unless you really feel you need to say something before you go. This is Internet stuff not ground control. Redirect your energy to stay happy. Facebook has some merit but it's nothing like one-on-one real life.
Keep moving forward. Be well. 👍

I am the Man of Misplaced Destiny. Maybe you are as well.
