The smoke bomb photoshoot with ! This has been on both of our photography bucket lists for a long time and we finally made it happen safely away from on the nearby Silver Strand Beach that Loews Coronado has adopted. Brian brought along multiple colors of that I had chosen my favorites and we moved from the walkway to the beach, which seemed to work best with the wind. The direction of the air flow made a huge impact of how the smoke flowed and since it is fire, you may experience a little spicy sprinkle of ash so be wary of your wardrobe and hair. Next time, the double barrel smoke bombs! Go big or go home. 💣 💣 💣 💣 💣

It’s giving Grammy Stahl vibes by the grand staircase! 🩷 I look so much like her here, it’s uncanny. This fuzzy pink retro sweater set is not vintage at all, it was actually part of a gift card for attending the new in Chandler, Arizona where they delivered me in an and the driver got all hype after I told him about it and did some shopping too. I chose this look because you can mix and match the pieces as a monochromatic style is never my normal, thus the gold belt. I can pair the fuzzy pink sweater with leather pants or a T-shirt and leather jacket with the skirt for true Cassie style. And only for $40, a steal! Loving all these pics , we were on a beautiful location inspired roll. 💫💫💫💫💫

Which balcony pic is your favorite? 💫 I’m having a terrible time deciding between all these gold and yellow shining gems from ! Located on my own private villa , it was a perfect morning to do a fashion photoshoot right before the sun crept fully around the balcony. Leaning into my French heritage, I’ve now accumulated at least 3 berets perfect for photography. My middle name is Marie after all! 💋💋💋💋💋

I met Michael Phelps at a event I was photographing for the brand! Mental health is so very important and this Olympic athlete is the brand ambassador encouraging men (and women) to talk to someone about their problems and work on being a better person every day. He’s super down to earth and swears like a sailor like me! When I asked him where he’s from he said Baltimore and I said Philly and there are you are - two potty mouths from the East Coast trying to make a difference in this crazy world. He’s a huge women’s advocate too, letting his wife decide if they are done having children or not and letting her be in charge. We need more men like this who understand elevating yourself uplifts everyone around you. Keep being an amazing role model Michael! 💫💫💫💫💫

Getting festive at with ! We enjoyed the media night preview and somehow always become models and match without planning... it's that Virgo intuition. Tons of delicious decadent new flavors with my favorites including steak, pumpkin infused bourbon, and the most delicious creamy cucumber bites. How to build wealth as an independent woman 101! I’ve been wanting to share with ya’ll about my journey to home buying to help other gals so here we go. First, find the right realtor. I chose because he was all heart and get things done vibes. He worked with from who is able to work with entrepreneurs and flexible on mortgage plans, down payments and more ways to make you a homeowner. My mortgage at the time was through and was around 4.9% with a 15% down payment. From 12 years of living with a roommate in Philadelphia, I had saved up a nest egg while working multiple jobs even after dipping into my savings for scoliosis fusion surgery in 2016. When I first moved to Arizona New Year’s Eve of 2018, I stayed in an named the Hobbit Hole studio in Tempe until I found a casita to rent in Arcadia. While living in the casita, I liked the location but soon found out it was a hot mess… there were roof rats, mice, cockroaches, mold - one cockroach literally dropped from the ceiling onto my bed and I pulled my shoulder jumping out of it and sealed every visible hole. After seeing a rat ass and tail hanging from the outside porch connected with the owner one night while trying to do laundry outside and screaming bloody murder, I sat on the middle of the floor and had a breakdown. I was crying my face off thinking I can’t live like this, certainly there has to be a better way! A lightbulb went off and I thought, wait a minute I can afford a condo… and so it happened. I posted on Facebook I needed an Arizona realtor, vetted a few and ended up with T after a great lunch. A condo wasn’t what I wanted but it was what I needed! So I moved into this space in Arcadia Lite, as we liked to say fabulous on the inside ghetto on the outside which was true. Crime was rampant and I never really felt safe there - outside at night at least and had a horrible HOA. Three years later, that investment doubled in price simply because of the location and I was able to dump that into a house where I am currently and much happier. Moral of the story: Invest in something rather than nothing. If you hate it, rent it out! 💫💫💫

Cass's first time at in Scottsdale! An excellent pink sunset to start a fun night of food, cocktails and many fire shows with friends while chefs cooked tasty meaty treats in front of our eyes.
