What a privilege to have met and make a video featuring one of the owners of the beautifully rustic Bewildered Pig Restaurant.

Made as a piece for the Winter White Festival annually held in February (sadly in hibernation due to Covid), chef Janelle delves into the uniqueness and beauty of Anderson Valley while touching upon the white wines being produced here.

Presented by the Anderson Valley Winegrowers Association.
