PCUL CONSIDERS 132 HOUSING UNITS AT FORMER LIONITE PROPERTY; COMMUNITY QUESTIONS LEFT UNANSWERED BY PCUL

Price County United Limited, (PCUL), current owner of the "Lionite" property, held a meeting regarding plans for Phillips. Citizens sent My Price County / My Northern Wisconsin (MPC/MNW) questions they would like answered by PCUL. MPC/MNW has made many attempts to get the community's questions answered by the three board members of PCUL, but those attempts went unanswered. MPC/MNW also reached out to Price County Administrator Nick Trimner, Mayor Charles "Chuck" Peterson, Alderman Richard "Dick" Heitkemper, and two community members, Greg Teeters and Jim Brantner; all five of those men provided answers to questions in relation to PCUL and some added what they would like to see happen in Phillips. After extensive research for over three months, striving to get the community's questions answered, MPC/MNW has put together as many answers as possible.
