What's going on Family, swipe left because WEALTHY looks good on you!! Over the last several weeks, we've been laser focus on expansion. Focusing on these [3] elements 👇🏾

1️⃣ What sets us apart from any other brand development firms?

2️⃣ Are we still impacting woman owned, black owned businesses the same way we have in years past? If not, how can we improve?

This focus has been pivotal to our brand partnerships and extensions. Knowing when your vision is starving will be a key indicator that a shift has to take place.

Our favorite part about entrepreneurship is that it requires sweat equity, but have learned that sustainability requires grit, passion, and most importantly, discipline. What's going on Family! Swipe left, We've got a word for you. These last few weeks have been all about positive transitions, uncomfortable conversations, and vulnerability. Believe it or not, it's giving, shed the old skin, so we can step into the new. During our recent interview with for her Podcast "Running Highs and Community Ties" we spoke about how our environment and routine shaped us over the years. How growing up in one of the most violent cities in America (Philadelphia) pushed us to adapt and experience things, we don't wish on anyone. We spoke about what the next "BIG" thing is and how the most high has been shifting our mind, body and spirit, through a journey of sobriety. (All praises to the most high) ✨️🙏🏾 what really got us thinking the most was when Lindsey Sizemore () asked us 👇🏾

"What have you been working on recently that's been giving you a sense of purpose? It could be professionally or personally fulfilling."

As we reflected deeply, we instantly said "The Youth" and the creation of our newest company Synths & Syrup (). We spoke about how important it is to not only honor Mickey Factz (.factz) and Pendulum Ink (), but we also dove into how our mission is far from fulfilled with supplying resources for Youth Entrepreneurs and creatives. How the gap in funding, can create minimal outlets for the Youth to express themselves creatively. How the lack of recreation centers is a problem we need to solve, and how mental health clinics are sparse. We spoke on what's next for us in that realm, which you'll hear on the Podcast, but most importantly, we focused on being purpose driven vs. money driven in this season of our business.

Entrepreneur, I'm not sure who needs to hear this, but👇🏾

1️⃣ The money won't last forever - have purpose attached to your business

2️⃣ Your dream is bigger than you - the generations to come after you, will see what you did or didn't do with the time you were granted here

3️⃣ Purpose drives purpose - your gifts have to make room for you, when you are purpose driven

What's going on Family? We had a conversation last night with a potential new client and said 👇🏾

One thing we believe at our firm is not fixing something that isn't broke 🤷🏾‍♀️ Working with clients in multiple industries this applies to everything. Whether it be a product, a single, a course, or a pitch, there is still someone who hasn't heard, seen, or felt what you are offering.

Having a way to remarket and audit your products and efficiency is super imperative to the success of your brand. If you can not find ways to promote yourself and your service every single day, business ownership/entrepreneurship may not be for you. What's going on, family?! That mirror work and manifestation hit differently when you're actually putting in the work. All praises to the most high for life, breath, and a clear mindset.

The last 24 hours have been so wild for us personally, and I'm with the shifts of energy all around, it's expected. One thing I'm super grateful for is a team that assists on and off the screen. A team that I can truly call brothers, sisters, ole'heads, but most importantly, family.

Take this time to be still with yourself. Honor the energy you feel and release ✨️ everything is already working out in your favor. Stay focused on being ethical in business, mind body, and spirit.

There is a lot of black wealth in the city, and we're here for it! ✨️🥂

We even learned from WABE () that the city has the country's highest rate of Black-owned businesses. With over 11,00 black millionaires in Atlanta, we're out here to see every black owned business win.

No matter the size, we support businesses that support the community in a positive way, have great customer service, and leave a valuable impression on the customer(s).

Top of the top family!! I'm not going to be long-winded on this, but👇🏾

When speaking with our client Sanchez () and his client Acklynn (), we were inspired. The one thing Acklynn kept reminding us is that "the only way we lose is if we quit." 👇🏾

Stanzza () even said something similar at the Synths and Syrup () event last week about tunnel vision and staying focused, putting the blinders on for tunnel vision, reaching the goal and not letting the distractions distract you!

I'll be honest with yall, being an entrepreneur/business owner it's easy to throw in the towel; especially when you do not have a strong vision or a team/group holding you accountable. It's easier to give up when you see everyone else "appear" to be winning. Do me a solid today and put those blinders on this year.

There is no better time, than now. Step into the moments that are uncomfortable and still move forward anyway, no matter what. Stay focused! Spread love, joy, and light!

What's going on, family!! Today, our team was discussing mindset 👇🏾

and vision seem to be a repetitive topic as we discuss long-term goals our company strives to achieve before 2025. This resulted in us taking a deep dive into our time management and realizing there are approximately [278] days left in the year; which is about 6,662 hours. 🤯 we broke it down even further, identifying how many hours one project will take. To be transparent, we've never done this much scrutiny of our time until this year, but with the ideas we are creating, we realize how time is truly a luxury to all.

One of our favorite lessons we speak on daily is this quote from the late great Earl G. Graves Sr., Founder of Black Enterprise Magazine (), he says👇🏾

"To have a successful career, you have to approach it as an entrepreneur, even if you are working for someone else. Your is your own private business. You have to market yourself and your abilities and knowledge just as you would a product of service."

We've been standing ten toes down on providing VALUE for the last few years and will continue to now implement how our time management will impact our ultimate success.
