If you follow me in other places on the interwebs, you may know that several years ago I started a journey to reduce the toxins in my life . . .to make better choices, based on new knowledge and to develop new habits based on new goals.

I never thought I'd be able to meditate . . .but I've clocked in more than 4,000 minutes . . .I'm still trying to master moving my body more and making better food choices. Not everything is a win out of the gate - right? 🤣

Recently, I decided to start a new brand of supplements that helps with mental wellness (think mood, motivation and stress resilience). I’m about 2 weeks in now, and it seems like this could be a game changer. A much needed game changer.

And I'll be taking you along for the ride!! 🎢

Change can be scary . . .and when we make a handful of changes all at once . . .the fear can magnify!

Hello Friends!! It's been a while since I've posted on this page . . .coming off of the last two years, I've been doing a lot of personal growth work and making changes.

In blogging . . .we talk a lot about producing evergreen content . . .this video is TEN YEARS OLD (you can tell by the poor quality and my hair!!!) But you know what - we still have this cart in our dining room and were just discussing ways to overhaul it for distance learning and 8th grade!

It's applicable to homeschoolers, learning at home, in-person learning with homework . . .all of it. A quick, easy and inexpensive way to prepare for what's ahead and it fits ANY decor style and home size.

🇺🇸💙❤️ Well this is not our typical Memorial Day ... I’m usually so happy to decorate our house in red, white & blue - line our walk with flags ... and this year I’m just not. Don’t get me wrong, my thankfulness & gratefulness for those men & women (and their families) that have given the ultimate sacrifice will never waver-maybe now more than ever. It’s clearly not a perfect system we have here, but it’s ours and we’ve earned it through blood, sweat & tears - take a minute today to just be quiet and grateful for the things we have because of them. TY ❤️💙🇺🇸
