Lock Stone Media is expanding! We are building out a team to handle a growing roster of long-term video clients. We tackle a wide array of projects, from snappy social media content to in-depth narrative work. As we look to scale, we aim to develop larger departments and foster a collaborative environment that nurtures creativity and innovation.
We're currently on the lookout for a talented editor to join our team for long-term, project-based collaborations. You'll be compensated per project, not hourly, so there’s potential for great rewards for great work. Here’s what we need from you:
-You must be fluent in English
-Must have a high-speed internet connection.
-Your editing setup should be capable of handling 4k footage seamlessly (minimum).
-While Davinci Resolve is preferred, it's not a deal-breaker if you use another NLE, please just specify in your email which one you use.
-Ideally 5 years of experience, but if you don't have that, no worries, just show your portfolio!
-Your skills should include sound design and the ability to color correct (especially matching different camera outputs). Color Grading is a plus but not a necessity.
-Experience with VFX/motion graphics will give you an edge.
-A good grasp of narrative structures for longer content and a keen eye on social media trends are crucial.
-You should be up to date with the latest on social media – being savvy is key!
We will have a round of interviews with people who fit the requirements. There will be a paid test edit to ensure quality control after the first round of interviews.
