Oh my GOODNESS! I have been trying to write this for awhile now, but I kept getting pulled into another direction by my family, so here I go again. 😜

I seriously do not know where I would be if I did not have CBD oil. 🙏

Today I was pretty busy as usual, trying to fit everything in that needs to be done in-between the hours my son goes to 2 different learning center's. And like a lot of the time, I put myself in a crunch.

Here's the bad part 😨

Out of nowhere, I was hit with a heavy anxious wave rolling in strong, trying to overpower me in every way. I was caught off guard, but this feeling wasn't one that was a stranger to me ... this was a feeling that I used to suffer with quite often in my past, that would knock me out of commission until I got through it. 😓

As this nervousness and paranoia started to weaken me, I realized that I had forgotten to take my usual mid-day serving of CBD oil, and it was already 5pm.

I felt like I was having a hot flash, a panic attack, and the worst type of overwhelm that you could get. I felt completely out of control.

I had just finished up dinner, but still needed to drive my oldest daughter across town for a sleepover. I quickly took a serving of my CBD oil as I was thinking to myself, there is no way that anything will be able to stop this attack before I need to leave the house in 20 mins.

I was wrong!

In 15 mins I was calm. In 15 mins, everything that was trying to make me backdown from finishing up my day, had completely vanished. 🙏

This is just another reason why I recognize that God DID provide His creation with all the tools we need in order to balance out our body when it needs the help.

I'm not afraid to admit this secret anymore, and I'm not ashamed that I am a person who struggles in areas ... instead, I look at it as admitting to other's that I'm thankful that these symptoms no longer make my decisions for me!

And in saying that, my daughter is having a great time at her sleepover with her friend tonight. ❤❤❤
