Earlier today, Township Committeeman and Director of Public Safety Vince Martinez joined members of VFW Post 1270, AMVETS Post 101, and other local veterans organizations for a brief Veterans Day ceremony in Pennsauken. At the 11th hour, of the 11th day, on the 11th month, veterans honor all those who served in the armed forces.

Now through Aug. 30, Pennsauken Township is holding a donation drive for Pennsauken's Community Cats, an all-volunteer organization dedicated to improving public health and managing our feral cat population. Their efforts includes trapping, spaying and neutering, as well as adoption efforts when possible.

Camden County Government helped kick off the 85th annual Jefferson Dad Vail Regatta with a special reception Thursday night. Representatives from the County and the Dad Vail Regatta Organizing Committee celebrated the largest collegiate regatta in the United States with the official launch of the Dad Vail Pale Ale, crafted by Pennsauken-based Double Nickel Brewing Co.
Mr. McCrory's art class at Pennsauken High School submitted some of their work to the Art Show at the Pennsauken Free Public Library! You still have a chance to see them in person this weekend! The Art Show can be viewed during the library's normal hours.
