In the article, on #4 - the word "avoid" is missing, but you'll see it emphasized as you scroll down. I chose this post because it contradicts standard medical advice online, which tells us to include grains as part of a healthy diet to reduce or eliminate this condition, which is a fungus. It is yeast on the skin. That's fungus. You don't get rid of fungus while eating grains, because that amplifies, if not causes fungal growth in the body.

I'm excited! I've got a new artist I'm working with, and she's getting the concept for my first story! I gotta show you a sneak peek at the character she's been working on in the first stages for Anansi. Btw, this image was filtered afterwards by me, because I liked the color tone on him.
This was the first image she drew that captured Anansi with a little bit of a slickster look. I wanted him in a top hat, and sportin' a vest, because he thinks himself a gentleman, and in this story, he's a bit confused about the manners of people.
I think it's cute, but everything she's drawing thus far is really cute, and makes me laugh because it fits the images I described to her for the story, and since the story is funny...the images must compliment that. I can't wait to put this all together for you all! It's going to be great fun for you to hear the audio, which is what I will be working on next, but when you put it all together, it's a lot of laughs. Stay tuned!
