As a result, it has the plan to broadcast intercultural programs so that any community can enjoy the programs. The emphasis will be given on Bangla programs as most of its viewers and staff members are Bangladeshi. The name Channel

52 has a historic background that reflects the Bengali Language Movement in 1952, a legendary incident in the world history and the history of Bangladesh as well. In 1999 UNESCO declared 21st February as the World Mother Language Day which is acknowledged by the United Nations. Bangladeshis having a keen sense of emotion and sensitive about the movement. There are 50 states in the United States of America. A number of Channels are being broadcasted from New York for different communities. The Bangladeshi community has almost more than 5 community TV channels at this moment which are being broadcasted from New York. But there are no channels in other states. Channel 52 wants to speak about those too. Chanel 52 represents the entire USA, not any specific state. Channel 52 envisions to portray the lifestyles and culture of the Bangladeshi community as well as other community people living in the USA who are from different religion, race and social strata. Channel 52 believes in the quality of programs along with viewers satisfaction. In this regard channel, 52 planned its programs for people of all walks of life and all ages. The programs are for pure recreation and amusement and there are Educational programs too. So any viewers can choose their desired one from our bunch of programs. Channel 52 will broadcast the community news, religious programs, education programs, travel and tourism show, Heritage and historical places of Bangladesh, movie, drama, musical shows. It will bring out the dormant talents of the community to the world. News and programs will cover and broadcast all 50 states and around the world incidents and programs irrespective of color, creed, race, ethnicity and political views. This is a non-profit and non-political organization with respect for all.
