Father, we pray that You will strengthen and fortify men to be the fathers You have created them to be. We pray You will give them the strength, wisdom, kindness, fortitude and discernment to help their children in all phases of their lives.

Bless every father, whether widowed, single, alienated, a stepfather, grandfather, special father, uncle, cousin or friend that was a father figure. Help them to know and trust You in all their decisions.

Thank You, Lord, for these men, and please guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We pray that You will meet all their needs, that they may experience Your peace that surpasses all comprehension.

Father, this is a nation that is desperate for our earthly fathers to rise up to the challenge and to follow You, Father, as their ultimate guide and example. It is in the powerful name of Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.
