About Us

The San Jacinto Times began life as a district-wide publication at the beginning of the 1990 fall semester. It replaced Central Campus’ Texian, North Campus’ North Star, and South Campus’ Southern Exposure and assumed responsibility for covering the entire San Jacinto College District. In 2013, the Times began its transition into the online only publication it is today.
