🍹Brunch Goals: Bloody Mary with a view 😍

Whether enjoying stunning views at The Overlook or kicking back at On The Rocks, Bloody Mary is one to enjoy. To make this zesty recipe at home:

Ingredients:
1.5 oz vodka
Bloody Mary Mix (to fill glass)
Ice (for serving)
Celery salt (for ri***ng the glass)
Taking (for ri***ng the glass)
Garnishes: lemon wedge, lime wedge, olive

Ri***ng a rocks glass with a mix of celery salt and Taǰin. Fill the glass with ice. Pour in 1.5 oz of vodka and top with Bloody Mary mix. Stir gently. Garnish with a lemon wedge, lime wedge and olive. Best savoured with a view. 💫🙌

🔍✨️ Biscuits & Gravy to End the Year Right! ✨️🍴
The final recipe of 2024 is here, straight from the pages of Dishing Magazine's Winter Edition! This hearty take on biscuits and gravy with the right amount of spice from The White House, is a must-try.
Ingredients:

1lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup ham, diced
1/4 cup jalapeño, diced
2 tsp beef base
1 quart heavy cream
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
Salt & pepper, to taste
Warm biscuits & eggs, for serving

Directions: Brown beef, sauté veggies and ham, then stir in the cream and beef base. Thickens with flour and butter, season, and serve over warm biscuits with eggs.

This holiday season, elavate your après-ski game with Tiramisu Cocktail! 🎿☕️ It's the perfect energizing cocktail.

Ingredients:

1 1/4 oz Disaronno
2 oz cold-brew coffee (or coffee concentrate)
3/4 oz crème de cacao
1/2 oz Godiva chocolate liqueur
1 dash Aztec chocolate bitters
3 drops Wonderfoam
Cocoa powder, for garnish

How To:
1️⃣ Add all ingredients to a shaker
2️⃣ Shake and fine-strain into a coupe glass
3️⃣ Sprinkle cocoa powder on top for the finishing touch

📍The Spur's Warm Artichoke Dip Recipe 🌿🧄

Get ready to indulge in the ultimate crowd-pleaser! This rich and cheesy dip is perfect for dipping into the holiday spirit. 🫶✨
Ingredients:

2 sticks butter
3 cups yellow onion, diced finely
1/3 cup garlic, minced
16 oz cream cheese
24 oz sour cream
1 cup heavy cream
6 oz mozzarella, shredded
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
Pinch of nutmeg
Two 13 3/4-oz cans artichokes, finely chopped
Two 16-oz bags frozen spinach, defrosted and drained of water
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tbsp lemon juice
Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions:
1️⃣ In a saucepan over medium-high heat, sauté butter, onion, and garlic for 10 minutes until translucent.
2️⃣ Reduce heat to medium and stir in cream cheese, sour cream, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
3️⃣ Add remaining ingredients (except lemon zest & juice). Cook for 10 minutes, whisking to combine.
4️⃣ Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then stir in lemon zest and juice.
5️⃣ Refrigerate until ready to serve. To reheat, bake at 350°F until bubbly (about 15 minutes).
Serve with: Tortilla chips, crusty bread, or your favorite crackers! 🥖🫔✨

The readership is comprised of a mix of locals and tourists of all ages and income brackets. Locals and tourists use it to keep current about what is going on in the restaurant scene. Tourists come to Park City for experiences and they use Dishing as their guide to the plan the most memorable culinary expediences. Concierge services use Dishing to direct others to the best spots to eat around town. Our easy, approachable content and mouthwatering photographs invite readers to savor the publication for months. It’s designed to stay on the coffee table for six months until the next comes out.
