🔥 Addicted to Flavor? This recipe for Sweet Miso Cod Will Have You Hooked 🔥

The perfect balance of sweet, savory, and umami, this dish is pure magic with a melt-in-your-mouth texture.

DEN MISO SAUCE:
1 cup sake
1 cup mirin
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup white miso

➡️ Bring sake & mirin to a boil, then simmer for 3 minutes to cook off the alcohol. Stir in sugar until dissolved, then whisk in miso. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, for 45 minutes until golden brown. Chill immediately.

FOR THE COD:
🐟1 lbs black cod or sablefish
🔥Marinate in den miso for up to 3 days in the fridge for maximum flavor.
🔥Preheat oven to 350 F. Place cod skin-side down on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
🔥 Bake for 6 minutes, rotate the pan, then bake another 6 mins.
🔥 Flip the cod skin-side-up and broil on high for 2 minutes until the skin is crispy and caramelized.

🌶✨️ Spice up your salad game and turn up the flavor! 🥗

Straight from this season's issue of Dishing Magazine, we're sharing the coveted recipe for 's Sweet Chile Salad Dressing in our Ask Gor It! feature. 🌶 Sweet, tangy, and just the right amount of kick, this dressing is so good you'll want to drizzle it on everything!

📝 Ingredient List

4 onions, peeled
4 garlic cloves, peeled
20 fresh Fresno Chiles, destemmed
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tsp harissa powder
2 lbs ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 1/4 cups apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 cups unsweetened apple juice
3/4 cup water
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions:
1️⃣ sauté onions, garlic, and Chiles in olive oil over low heat until soft (10 mins)
2️⃣ stir in harissa, then add tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, apple juice, water, salt and pepper
3️⃣ bring to a boil, simmer for 15 mins, stirring occasionally
4️⃣ blend until silky smooth and strain through a fine sieve

The readership is comprised of a mix of locals and tourists of all ages and income brackets. Locals and tourists use it to keep current about what is going on in the restaurant scene. Tourists come to Park City for experiences and they use Dishing as their guide to the plan the most memorable culinary expediences. Concierge services use Dishing to direct others to the best spots to eat around town. Our easy, approachable content and mouthwatering photographs invite readers to savor the publication for months.
