#TBT to last Friday, when Anastashia Chavez, pastry chef for OBC in Ojai and The 2686 Kitchen in Ventura, gave an impromptu how-to-supreme-citrus demo during the sixth annual Yummie Top Chef Dinner. The segments of King and King Ranch-grown fruit were served with an herbed cornmeal cake that also featured a Firestone Walker Brewing Co. SLOambic Wild Ale caramel.
