Unfortunately Mother Nature is not cooperating with us this year and we are forced to make the tough decision to cancel the Christmas on the Common Event in Three Rivers for this upcoming Sunday.

I was hoping that the weather would have held out but look’s like downpours and 30-40mph wind gusts. Not ideal for kiddos and parents to be out in that, so we will re group and plan again for next year.

We appreciate all the support from the community and local businesses that work to make this event a success every year!!

This Sunday, December 10 at 10 am the Monson Unitarian Church on Main Street, Monson will present an all music holiday program. It will include arrangements of traditional Christmas carols by Ricky Lombardo, selections from the Nutcracker by Tchaikovsky and more. It is free and open to the public. Refreshments will follow. The program features guest musician, Nancy Miller, flute and Malita Brown, piano.
