All MSBSD schools will have a remote learning day tomorrow Tuesday, December 13th due to the winter storm that brought widespread heavy snowfall and snow drifts creating hazardous road conditions for transportation throughout the Valley.

UPDATE: School sponsored high school activities are able to occur on Tuesday, December 13th during their regularly scheduled time. These activities are optional and families are encouraged to consider current road conditions before choosing to participate. Several elementary and middle school parking lots have not been cleared at this time. District high school parking lots have been cleared but additional snow has accumulated and access may be challenging.

Additionally, tonight’s Joint Mat-Su Borough Assembly and School Board Meeting will be canceled.

3. Send a letter of support to the bill sponsor Representative Geran Tarr by emailing her at [email protected]
4. Forward above letter to YOUR Senator & Representative. Encourage them to co-sponsor and support this bill.
5. Come back to this post and comment “DONE” with your District Number & Letter.
