In celebration of Black History Month, the Palm Springs Black History Committee and the City of Palm Springs James O. Jessie Desert Highland Unity Center held the "38th Annual City of Palm Springs Black History Month Parade and Town Fair."

Parade will start on Saturday, February 22, 2025 (11 AM) on Palm Canyon Drive in Downtown Palm Springs. Town Fair will held at the Downtown Park in Palm Springs across the street from the Palm Springs Art Museum.
