I know you guys see me constantly touring. I'm headed to Serbia with Gino Vannelli next week as his horn MD for 15 years and definitely have my own own musical thing going on. Those of you who know me well know I also promote some shows. I've been a low key promoter for 20 years... but on the down-low... sort of. PSA I don't think you guys understand how cool Jazz at the Oxford is this year..... I'm just saying it's insane. I've hundreds of artists to the northwest over the years from the late great Joey DeFrancesco, Arturo Sandoval, Diane Schuur, Sheila E., Haley Reinhart, Carmen Lundy, Karrin Allyson, Tower of Power rhythm section (who I played with for that show), Jane Monheit, Karen Briggs Violinist, Jarrod Lawson, Lee Ritenour, Frank McComb, Paul Taylor, Kat Edmonson, Guitar Legends 2018 featuring Dan Balmer, Dan Faehnle and John Stowell, China Forbes and the list goes on and on. This is a very small, exclusive, incredibly intimate experience of these artists. Each week I am going to share a video from each of the artists.
