Fallen Friend, 2025.
The heavy fog in the area this week inspired a little bit of gloom. No worries, the dogs are all ok but this scene I captured of the two of them felt like it could have a deeper story behind it. I hope you enjoy.

The Sand Hill Crane, 2024.
There was something about this picture I caught of this sandhill crane that just sent me back to jurassic times. The dark lighting and harsh lines just reminded me of how long great birds like this have walked the earth.

Here in Florida, there isn't much to give you the sense of season change. It's typically always just hot...or hotter! But there is the tiniest dip in the temperature today and a different breeze blowing through, giving us Floridians an excited little bump that it is actually fall.

Impala Family, 2024.
It was so peaceful watching this group of Impalas at the . I love how the adults stayed in the sunlight but the young ones were protected by the shade of the trees. Even in this safe, captive environment, instinct still dictates the behavior of the herd.

Ask and you shall receive! I have had people asking me for a while to do some photo editing tutorials, so I am happy to say it is in the works now! This little tutorial is just how you can enhance your skies in Lightroom Classic using only 2 simple sliders! Let me know any feedback you might have. I want to make these as user friendly as possible of course, really gearing for first time users to Lightroom or Photoshop and my goal is to keep all videos short and sweet, under 5 minutes. Future videos uploaded to YouTube will also have captioning of the text as well.
