So we had a sourdough incident last week.. Since it was below freezing in our little house, I set Frodough Baguettes 🥖 (my starter) fed and happy into the OFF oven so it would bubble and eat like I needed it to. Well, as you can imagine, time passed and it was now time to prepare dinner. So I make everything up and turn the oven to preheat. DING 🛎️ it’s time to put the food it. Open it up 😮 there’s poor Frodough still in there… 😢 it was definitely not how I planned it, but we persevere. LUCKILY I keep a very large jar of discard in the fridge! 🎊 so it’s time to start again. I know I’m not the only one who’s done this! 😂

What did you bring to the Thanksgiving feast this year? 🦃 🍽

I brought Boops (family roll recipe but I made it SOURDOUGH)🥖, deviled eggs 🥚, charcuterie board, Pumpkin Snap Pie 🥧 with homemade whipped cream and crust! I also made apple pie, but forgot to get a picture. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Happiest of Thanksgiving to you all! 🙌🏻 I hope everyone gobbled ‘til they wobbled and had amazing time spent with those close to you. 🥰

There is so much to be thankful for everyday. 🙏🏻 I am thankful for all of you who have supported my small business this year! 💕🥹 I literally couldn’t do it without you, and I’m grateful to have met such amazing people in the process. 🙌🏻

Made pumpkin purée this morning and made a Ginger Snap Cake with pumpkin! Inspired by also made a banana pumpkin bread! Absolutely delicious!

I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! I know I did! I tried some new sourdough recipes that turned out AMAZING!
First out was everything pretzels! I know that the pretzels aren't new, but adding Everything but the bagel seasoning on top was😉
Next on the list was sourdough pancakes! Now, I have never been able to make a pancake that was light, all mine ALWAYS turned out sooo cakey, but THESE... were light and DELICIOUS! I particularly loved adding blueberries I had picked and froze a couple weeks ago. 😍
Last, but not least, BAGELS 😍🥯 I flippin' love bagels, so sourdough bagels were a must-do! Everything bagels for the win, and tried cheddar jalapeño and blueberry.
