So we had a sourdough incident last week.. Since it was below freezing in our little house, I set Frodough Baguettes 🥖 (my starter) fed and happy into the OFF oven so it would bubble and eat like I needed it to. Well, as you can imagine, time passed and it was now time to prepare dinner. So I make everything up and turn the oven to preheat. DING 🛎️ it’s time to put the food it. Open it up 😮 there’s poor Frodough still in there… 😢 it was definitely not how I planned it, but we persevere. LUCKILY I keep a very large jar of discard in the fridge! 🎊 so it’s time to start again. I know I’m not the only one who’s done this! 😂
