Sunshine, smiles, and the spirit of giving filled the Walmart parking lot on December 6 as Pahrump came together for the 15th annual Toy Drive hosted by Something Positive, Positive Pahrump, Pahrump Valley Fire & Rescue, and PDOP. With dozens of toys collected, $567 raised on-site, and nearly $25,000 already donated beforehand, the community once again showed up in a big way to help make Christmas brighter for local families. Hometown Holidays filled the Bob Ruud Community Center with Christmas cheer on December 5–6, bringing together local makers, festive shoppers, and a whole lot of heart. Hosted by Ashley Welch of Art from the Heart by Ashley, the popular craft show saw strong crowds, standout vendor sales (including a couple of sell-outs), and a successful pet food drive supporting West Star Ranch.
