Introducing Phoebe's Chinese Pickling Jar!!! 🥒

(Pheebs is the youngest daughter of Murphy & Jodi) 💕
Contents: Greens beans, Napa cabbage, sweet pepper, garlic, ginger and Sichuan peppercorns.

Fermented using water, salt, sugar, vodka and spices. The lid seals with a sort of moat that Phoebe keeps water in to weigh it down.

She plans to open it/test it in 3-5 months. And HOPES to add to it for years and years!! The jar was a Christmas gift she got really excited about! Phoebe is an old soul, and - our "pickle" queen. 😍

COLD WEATHER NOTE from a girl and her dog:
1 - If it's too cold out for you, it's too cold for them. 👌
2 - Many dogs don't have an undercoat (like Champ here), and the cold gets to them QUICKLY. ❄️
3 - Give them shelter. They'd do it for you. 💯
