I have a question for vendors & clients/couples...looking for some insight.

☆ How are you determining pricing for travel? Or lodging? Do you have a limit on how far you'll travel? My services cover ceremony & day of...& I've been only accepting bookings within 2 hours(one way) with a low travel fee. Which ends up being 15+ hour days most of the time.

Do you charge travel for each meeting as well? I try to pick a midway point with my clients for in-person meetings.

This family needs a miracle. Help if you can. 💜

One of the families that we’ve adopted was recently in a car accident. The single mom and her girls were hit at 60mph and thank God they all survived but all of them have suffered injuries. I also just learned that the mom is pregnant and at this point, the baby looks ok as well.
How does this impact our giving?
I’m dreaming BIG but now they’re in a lot more dire need with their injuries, medical bills and now being without a car as it was totaled. Im asking a big ask: Does anyone have a car that they can donate?! I am believing in a Christmas miracle and now I’m on the hunt to find a car for this sweet mama.

My services include a couples questionnaire that I encourage my clients to fill out separately. I utilize this to help me write a ceremony script that honors and reflects the couple and their love for eachother.

♡ When ordering/printing invites...don't order/print 200 invites because you have 200 guests. Order based on how many households you're sending to :)

♡ Some wedding vendors will require a final count 30 days before the wedding date. Keep that in mind when giving an rsvp date. I recommend giving yourself a week to call and reach out to guests who forget to respond.
