The mums for Mom fundraiser is still going on. With every donation, you help women in your community who are fighting against breast cancer. Every donation of $20 gets you a large mum plant for your contribution to fighting breast cancer. All proceeds will be going to the Mitchell Memorial Cancer Center. When you buy a Mum, Cromwell Media can hand deliver it to you up to 10 miles from our studios or you can pick one up directly at the studio located at 1115 Tamarack Rd, Owensboro, KY 42301. Tonight at Dugan Best Recreation Center there is a community carnival. Fun for the whole family, games, food, and lots of other things to do. The carnival kicks off at 5 pm and runs until 8 pm.

This Saturday Pure Barre is going to be popping up on the lawn of Kentucky Wesleyan. Bring your mat and a friend or two. What a way to get healthy and fit? The fun starts at 10 am.
We will be taking school supplies donations until September 30th. Those donations are going to help kids recently placed into foster homes. The donations will be going to StepStone Family & Youth Services. Let's help these kids get all the supplies they need for school!

Do you have a favorite farmer? You can still nominate them for Meal in the field EVEN if they have been previously nominated during past Meal in the Field events! Starting September 6th we will be heading out to the field to serve a meal for that week's favorite farmer. We are going to be doing this every week until October 25th.
