At just 5 years old, kid Owen was diagnosed with a rare group of brain tumors. During his treatment, his greatest wish was to play independently with his twin brother, Rhett, but his mobility was limited by the standard wheelchair he used. Thanks to dollars donated to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, Owen received a power wheelchair that allowed him to play independently and experience incredible moments in the last months of his life, like going on the field at a Chiefs and Royals game. In his final months, Owen made lasting memories with his family, riding with Rhett and swinging under the stars.

Donations to the Miracle Day of Hope Radiothon help CMN provide charitable support to countless families like Owen's, ensuring kids facing tough journeys get the care and experiences they deserve.
