This is 40! Today I turned 40 and I am certain that if I did not get weight loss surgery in 2008, I would not be alive today. Or I would be a miserable 500 or 600 pounds. My quality of life is amazing and a guy at the bar told me I look 27 hahaha so that’s a win! Thank you all who have supported me. I hope I have offered you support over the last many years and have in someway helped your life and been there for you!

It’s a big moment for me because I have always wanted to expand from just teaching Zumba to other formats. It only took me 10+ years to gain the confidence.
