Taught my very first SHRED class at .life yesterday! For our first Tuesday night class, we had 15 students! I followed that up with DANZE JAM! It’s a big moment for me because I have always wanted to expand from just teaching Zumba to other formats. It only took me 10+ years to gain the confidence.

This one can be extremely exhausting. The journey is long and it never ends. As I’ve said before, it’s like getting into a car and never getting off the highway. Although you do get some rest stops.

I could talk to your ear off about how horrible the concept of willpower is. Willpower is a fleeting thing, and it often leads to a sense of shame and self-blame. Willpower disappears overtime. The best way to cultivate change is to build on small manageable habits changes over time.
