A winter system will bring accumulating snow to much of central and southern Iowa for Wednesday and Wednesday night. The image shows the probability of 4 inches or more of snowfall during this time period. The greatest amounts are expected to be over southern Iowa. Northern Iowa snowfall will be dependent on dry air moving in from Minnesota and it is possible parts of northern Iowa have little to now snow. Stay tuned to forecast updates regarding this winter system.

Bidding starts now and ends at 8:59:59 on Saturday, February 8. Winning bids must be picked up at the Serenity House from 11-1 on Sunday, February 9.

Another winter system will move through the area starting late Friday night and lasting into Saturday. This will bring light snow to the north and a wintry mix/light freezing drizzle central and south. Greatest snow accumulations will be along and north of the IA/MN border.

Travel may become slick at times on Saturday, especially in the morning hours. Make sure to check 511ia.org before going out!
