Minor violators may receive either a direct or indirect warning. More severe violators may be banned without prior warning. This is the only official page for the Oskaloosa Herald newspaper, covering Mahaska County, based in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Breaking news, important stories, weather/school closing and more are shared through our page. We typically post no more than five times per day.
