I have good news folks, effective January 1st 2024 my company Gentle Slope Publishing, LLC will be opening a physical brick and motor site at 105 C West Market Street, Orwigsburg, PA. The site will feature the offices of Gentle Slope Publishing, a bookshop, a artist studio and gallery as well as a video studio dedicated to creating videos for The Taste Of Orwigsburg, my newest cookbook due out in 2024. The January date is a soft opening and the Grand Opening will be February 3rd. Come out to see us.

My latest addition to my list of published novels will be a fictional look at the January 6th insurrection and the work of the House Select Committee. It is meant to underline the serious consequences of the event and the effects that it had on a number of fictional characters. Look for it to be available for this Christmas season.

Radu or Rudy, as he is affectionately known to his friends, was a native of Timisoara, Romania. He immigrated to America in 1967. He is a romanticist with a big heart and an adventurous mind. He discovered his true passion in writing books and painting. Rudy and his wife, Judy, have two children and six grandchildren. They live in Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania. He has four published works.

Gentle Slope Publishing, LLC announces its first Basic Writer’s Course.

Did you ever dream of becoming a published writer? The idea may sound exciting, but where do you begin?

Join Stephen Goodale, an author with fourteen published novels to his credit, for an evening of constructive and comfortable instruction on basic writing. He will invite you to delve into your personal experiences to find your inner story. He will teach you to be on the lookout for interesting characters that you meet in real life, who just might become the main characters in your book. He will encourage you to develop a pattern of writing that you can maintain each and every day.

Our class will meet on Wednesday the 30th of June. The location is our office 132 East Market Street, Suite2, Orwigsburg, PA 17961. The cost is $50 for three hours of instruction, 6PM-9PM.
