After a month of hard work, sweat, and a few tears, we’re finally staying in the truck camper for the first time! 🛠️❤️ Normally, laying in bed with my coffee, listening to the soothing sound of rain would bring me absolute peace, but today? We’ve already faced our share of unexpected renovations, tackling water damage in our 22-year-old truck camper. 🛠️💧 A huge shoutout to our amazing Uncle Ric, who’s been a lifesaver and skilled handyman during this process! 🙌✨ Together, we decided that the nose cap window just had to go. 🚫🪟 We’ve never trusted those windows in campers—they always end up leaking and compromise insulation.
Thanks to Uncle Ric’s expertise, we successfully removed the window and patched the hole with new fiberglass! 💥🏗️ We can’t wait to share this journey with you all as we turn this camper into our new home on wheels!
