You can't shift and make the necessary changes required to take you to the next level when you are stuck in a cycle of doing it the way you've always done it. One of my favorite activities to do at the end of the year is a Year in Review.

Going into 2025, you should focus on where God calls you to grow in your business and life. Most year-end reviews focus on goal achievement and leave out the spiritual aspect.

No wonder you may find yourself coming up short. Spiritual disconnection is real.
