More doesn't equal Better.
I believed the lie that doing more meant growing more.

But the truth is, “more” isn’t always better; it’s often busier.
We fill our calendars thinking it’s a commitment, but sometimes it’s just clutter.

Kingdom growth isn’t measured by pace; it’s measured by obedience.
When you stop chasing momentum and start aligning with God’s rhythm, you’ll realize progress has nothing to do with your speed and everything to do with your surrender.

Get your mammogram. As a busy Christian woman sometimes it's easy to forget your own appointments because you're making so many others for your work, family, business and ministry. An easy way I ensure these get done is by scheduling all of them during my birth month. This way I never have to remember when I need to schedule. Yesterday was my mammogram and thyroid scan. Next up that pap 🤦🏾‍♀️

I used to think productivity meant filling every box on my to-do list.

But God showed me progress in His Kingdom isn’t about how much you can produce. It’s about how well you can steward.
