The Flamingo boys ballin' out yet again!! 🔥 What an absolutely fantastic tourney with my guy .pb 💪🏽 Grinded out some insane wins against the best competition!! Always a blast sharing the court with you, brother!!

Got to live out my dreams and play against the legends .pb and 🙌🏽 They brought out the absolute best in us, and it definitely took the game of our lives to beat them! Such an honor getting to play against y'all, from fans to competitors, pickleball really is the greatest sport! 💯 Hope to see y'all again soon!!

After all the emotion of beating two of the best to ever do it, we had an ALL OUT WAR with my content creating hero .pickleball and 🥵 Such unbelievable pickleball talents, we ended up playing 6 games against these awesome competitors, splitting it 3-3... Lucky for us, we won the final match to take home the gold! 🏅

Tanner has literally been one of my biggest inspirations on this new content creating journey of mine and to be able to have such an amazing battle against him was definitely a dream come true! The hype is real folks, the guy knows his pickleball haha! 😅 Appreciate the games my guy, can't wait to see you kick ass in the pros!!

Shout-out to for hosting such an unbelievable tournament! Was one of the greatest experiences of my life, will definitely be back for more!! 🙌🏽

WE DID IT!!!!!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥 Your Ft. Myers Flamingos are the FIRST EVER Champions of the Pro League!!!!! 🏅🏅🏅🏅

Still can't believe that this team of absolute underdogs came through in the clutch and pulled off the biggest wins of our collective pickleball careers!! 🥹 Words can't express the emotions we were all feeling when that last ball hit the net and we knew we had done it! Pure elation

HUGE SHOUTOUT to my entire team, .pb, , and .pickleball 🙌🏽 Right from the start this team had the best vibes and the best energy, win or lose we were always fighting together!! The amount of work that all of you have put in to make this happen is nothing short of extraordinary 💪🏽

When I literally traded all my picks to draft this team of relatively unknown talents, most people looked at me like I was crazy!! Little did they know that this group had the heart and determination to overcome anything and everything that stood in our way en route to the Championship 🏅 I love all of you so frickin much and I couldn't be prouder of what we've achieved over the course of this season! Y'all should be real proud of what we just did here! 💖

Shout-out to David Tabb, , .pb and the entire team for hosting such an incredible experience for Florida Pickleball 🔥When David first called me with the idea of the Pro League, I was absolutely stoked! But never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined how amazing of an experience this would be for an inaugural season, y'all should be real proud of the work you've done, you've made history here and I can't wait to see what the future holds! 💪🏽

The memories that I've made with this team is something I will cherish for the rest of my life, y'all are my ride or die!! This is going to be an appreciation series for my amazing Flamingos teammates! 💖 With the Playoffs approaching this weekend, had to take the time to reflect back on what's been an INCREDIBLE first season of the
Pro League!! Obviously I had to say Em was last up on the previous post to mess with this girl! The team wouldn't be complete without the woman, who even though she left us, will always be a Flamingo:

The incomparable Grayson Hall!! The bedrock of the team, this woman is unfazed by pressure and breaks people down unlike anyone I've ever seen! 🙌🏽

Grayson is an absolute star, as a player and a friend!! 🥰 She always plays with a chip on her shoulder and it doesn't matter who's on the other side, she will break you down! She's the ultimate teammate, take it from someone that's been on many a team with her! She's always got your back, and will never go down without a fight! While you may have left us to be a starter with the Iceburgs, you will always be a Flamingo first, this team wouldn't be what it is without you!! 💖 So much love!!!!!!

She's also got the best reactions as indicated by the many reels featuring her wonderful facial expressions whenever I do something ridiculous 😂 Through the many ups and downs of life, she's always got a smile on her face and I couldn't be prouder of how far she's come since we first met! 🥰

Bharat Karunakaran is a Professional Pickleball Player and the Captain of the Ft. Myers Flamingos in the All Florida Pro League. A Level 1 PPR Certified Professional, he has been coaching racket sports for over 10 years. As a former tennis and badminton player, BK combines his knowledge of racket sports mechanics with the strategic intricacies of pickleball, to provide his clients with individual-specific training to take their game to the next level.

BK has a degree in Sport Management from NC State University and previously worked at USTA (United States Tennis Association) where he was the National Coordinator of Junior Programs and Collegiate Club Tennis. He specializes in Intermediate and Advanced Coaching, as well as coaching Juniors in the sport of Pickleball.
