Each of the studio's two rooms were designed to encompass different types of ambience. The live room is the larger of the two and creates a full, vibrant environment great for acoustic instruments such as drums, strings, brass or vocals. Our second room is chambered using a baffled, adjacent room to trap unwanted reflections. This dead room was created for amplified instruments like guitar or bass
but also works well for situations calling for a tight, dry sound. Each room is connected via sight lines, headphones, and punch blocks allowing for players to perform simultaneously while still having separation between the different instruments. The studio provides many services and has been utilized for: post production work, film scoring, ensemble recording, music production, sampling, podcasting, overdubbing, mixing, mastering, gig rehearsal, and a setting for film and photography sessions.
