🌟✨ Thirty years ago, I embarked on a journey into the world of business with little knowledge, but plenty of determination. It was my first employee, Patricia, who illuminated the path ahead, ensuring every aspect of our office ran smoothly. With her help, the business flourished. Five years later, circumstances forced us to part ways following my relocation to the United States, but not before I ensured Patricia’s future with a substantial severance package. Little did I know, that act of kindness would plant the seeds of transformation.

Today, Patricia found me on Facebook, sparking a beautiful reunion filled with reminiscence and revelation. It turns out, the package I provided her became the foundation for her own successful distribution business, thriving to this day. Her son has also soared, now an accomplished IT professional in the United States. And Patricia? She attributes her journey’s success to the values instilled during her time with me—integrity, empathy, focus, fairness, and generosity.

As a Junior Air Man (JAM) at the Air Force Military School in Jos, Nigeria, I experienced some of the most valuable lessons that have shaped my journey to where I am today. I can't help but feel grateful for those experiences and the incredible path that they paved for me.🥰

🌟Fast forward to 2016, and I found myself standing in the very place where it all began. The nostalgia was overwhelming, and it brought back fond memories of the past and a reminder of how far I've come. 🥹

💭 Every day, I'm reminded of my journey, and I can't help but feel a sense of excitement for what lies ahead. My life has been a rollercoaster of memories, gratitude, and adventure, and I wouldn't have it any other way!🙏
