The Library of Congress has added 25 films to the National Film Registry, including holiday favorites "Home Alone" and "The Nightmare Before Christmas." There are so very many good movies out there - it would be difficult to choose which ones to include each year!

The Library of Congress announced the 25 titles joining the National Film Registry, including "12 Years a Slave" and "Home Alone."
