Howdy Hoopla Fam! Some information for Hoopla 2024!
As many of you know Hoopla is a INVITE ONLY private party. Our hosts John and Carrie throw this party in their personal property. It is important for us to know who will be attending to cultivate the community we are aiming to create, so for 2024 we are requiring ALL attendees to request an invitation.

BAND INFORMATION:
If your band is interested in playing Hoopla 2024, please shoot us an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Band Request”. Please link the social media for your band and any relevant links to listen to your music.
While we would like to be able to commit to every single band as our budget and time at Hoopla is limited. Therefore, after band procurement is completed, we will be introducing a BATTLE OF THE BANDS contest that will be voted on by the greater Hoopla community. More information will come soon on this.
VENDOR INFORMATION:
Vending is free at Hoopla, we love our vendors and encourage “pop up” style vending. Got a blanket and some art? Throw it down in our vending row. For our more established vendors that want to set up a table we do want to know what you’re vending before approval, this helps to keep multiple vendors with the same items. FOOD vendors require a menu proposal before approval!
To request to vend at Hoopla 2024 please email [email protected] and title your email “Vender Request” please answer questions below in the body of the email. Please remember all attendees will need a festival ticket regardless of vendor status.
