Diana on the left: She was a nursing student in the Philippines, growing up working at an early age, being the breadwinner, and selling life insurance. She also worked as a call center agent and other jobs, while striving to finish her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is an immigrant who left a failed marriage and relationships, having experienced physical, mental, and financial abuse. Diana made many mistakes, felt insecure, and had numerous self-limiting beliefs. She almost became homeless and had to rely on welfare.
Diana on the right: She stepped out of her comfort zone, despite feeling scared and underestimated. She went through a healing process while continuously working on herself. She has already built a lot and still building.
Don't tell me it's not possible because I will prove you wrong. The challenges I have faced, which I thought would break me, have instead strengthened me. Pain gives you power. Keep believing in yourself.

While we were in California attending the CryoRanch, my client turned into a friend said I talk while asleep, that she found her twin, and that I fed her so much that she felt like she gained weight. She said I'm easy to love. 💙
She proves to me again that when you are with the right people, they see your worth. You don't have to beg, please, or try to please - you can just be yourself! From a client to a forever sister, I miss you too! 😘💙
I recently heard that nurses only know how to stick IVs. I strongly disagree with that statement. We are capable of so much more. Besides giving medications, doing assessments, and charting. We end up acting as social workers, plumbers, hairdressers, and more at bedside. We advocate for our patients and provide them with education.
I have chosen to transition away from bedside care, as one of the nurses out there craving to move away from the sick care model and into one that promotes wellness and lasting life change.
While I can’t directly control the short staffing problem faced by corporations, I can control my actions in offering help and educating my patients who come to me.
And just because I decided to not clock in for anyone, doesn’t mean I’m not a Nurse anymore. I will forever be a nurse, continuously saving lives.

Market research: Knowing WHO you’re selling to and what their needs are is the number one step in building a successful business. How are you going to sell if you dont know who you’re selling to?
Content creation: Im not talking about learning how to edit a video on IG Im talking about being able to take your market research and create it into a piece of content that helps you book more clients as soon as it goes up. I’m talking content that makes your dream clients go “I really do need that service”
Consistency: You can be doing all the right things but if you’re not consistent, you wont get anywhere.
You need to develop a highly effective schedule that will not only help you stay consistent but actually see results through your content marketing.Take videos, pictures, don’t overthink it and just post it! What would you add to this tips?

Your Nurse had a blast this weekend. The CryoRanch Retreat in Carmel Valley was an experience! My first ever Mastermind. It’s such a fun experience when you surround yourself with people who do the same thing that you love doing.
I had the chance to interact with other professionals in the industry, exchange ideas, and learn from their experiences.
Getting out of the sick care model and transitioning to the preventive approach with Cryotherapy, Biohacking and other modalities out there will be our future!
