SWA Owner and Operator Dave Upton is a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Army where he served as a Counterintelligence Special Agent. 15 of his 20 years were spent as a member of the 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment - Delta (1st SFOD-D) where he served as an intelligence professional. During many deployments supporting direct actions missions and extensive training, Dave was able to hone the skills necessary to provide top tier firearms training to the public. After retiring from the Army in 2018 Dave established Swamp Fox Actual to pass on his passion and knowledge of the shooting sports and tactical training to those in his community. Dave is an NRA certified instructor for rifle, handgun and shotgun, as well as, Range Safety Officer and the NRA Concealed Carry Course. In addition, Dave is a certified NC Concealed Carry Weapon instructor and has developed an advanced Concealed Carry Weapons course.

Tik Tok Dance Challenge
Alright party people in honor of our upcoming DJ Dapper Dan Dance Party we have joined forces with the wonderful folks at The Heathens Den to bring you our very first Tik Tok Dance Challenge hosted by yours truly!!! So you think you can "WAP" or "Savage" or maybe you can do the "Renegade" or The "Say So" or just keep it old school and do the "Get Up", "Wobble" or heck even the "Cupid Shuffle"!!!! Come on out put your skills to the test for a chance to take home the green "The Cash Prize" that is!! All contestants must sign up (Name/Dance/Song) at the DJs booth and will be Judged by a panel of judges on site. First, Second and Third place winners will be announcing at the conclusion of the event and awarded there respected prizes and bragging rights as well!!! So mark you calendars and start practicing Friday August 19th at 8pm brought to by Dapper Dan Entertainment!!!
