Hey RocBird fans, if you're in the Brick, NJ area this Saturday, February 18, a few of our band members, formerly with Dragonfly, will be making guest appearances at PJ Sweeney's to bid farewell to our former bandmate and bass player extraordinaire, Tony (Chooch) Rohal. He will be retiring and Dragonfly is planning a musical sendoff to wish him well. The fun starts at 9:00 PM.

Beatles “unplugged”

Bassist in my 60’s located in Monmouth County, NJ, looking to form a Beatle “unplugged” band. Not a “tribute” band…..No wigs, boots or costumes, just great music.

Looking for 2 singing guitarists (acoustic and/or electric) with the same interest in playing The Beatles from all stages, both as a band and solo careers. Although many great Beatle songs are full band instrumentation, with the right people, many can be interestingly adapted.

** As an alternative, I’d certainly welcome doing a full cover band, as well. The key is to play The Beatles, playing songs that you don’t usually hear classic rock bands play.
