It feels weird writing about myself in third person for an About Me, which is why I don't do it. I've been making my mark on the dance music scene in one way or another since 2007 - whether playing records, producing music, event production and promotion, sound engineering, night club management, I have a decade-plus worth of experience in the industry. Originally from rural Oklahoma, I was introd

uced to the club scene when I moved to Oklahoma City. I was mentored by two amazing OKC locals - DJ Ostara and Saul V - who taught me the mechanics of playing records. When I first started I was a Trance DJ - I was obsessed with Trance, but it has never been very popular in the Midwest, so I switched to playing House & Breaks very quickly. I eventually settled into Jungle, Drum & Bass, Dubstep & Bass Music in general that I play mostly now. For a long time I was known as a versatile DJ who could switch up my set based on my ability to read a crowd & keep them engaged, and as a result you'd see my name billed on all kinds of events and have never let myself be limited to just one "category." Whatever your event needs musically I can accommodate. As far as I know, I'm the only amputee Drum & Bass DJ, and the only amputee DJ in the Midwest US: I'm missing a hand due to a birth defect, which I use to my advantage in terms of marketing and promotion, because who hears the words "one-armed DJ" and isn't immediately curious?

Clubland directly owes its existence to the LGBTQ community. Without Stonewall, disco would never have become mainstream. Without disco, none of this would exist - if you don’t know what I’m talking about it’s why Rule 1 of DJing is “Learn the history”

If you support Trump in any respect, you’re opposing LGBTQ rights either knowingly or by proxy - which, in my eyes, nullifies your right to even attend EDM clubs and events, let alone DJ or work within this culture - not to mention the ramifications it means for any other marginalized groups.

I *am* LGBT. If you support anyone who would restrict my right to exist, you’re neither friend nor supporter of mine, and I encourage you to unfollow me on all social platforms. You’re absolutely unwelcome at any event I play and will actively work with venues and promoters to bar you from entering any event I’m billed for.

If you’re a local DJ supporting Trump, your name will be provided to every promoter I know.

We don’t play with people’s rights around here.
